We are seeking a Product Owner to join the teams TAB and IAM, and provide additional support during the summer vacation. This role focuses primarily on operational tasks within the PO role. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work in an Agile environment, promoting Agile principles and methodologies. Product Owner 24-36 uur per week.
Dit is de opdracht
Vanwege ziekte vervanging zoeken we een Product Owner voor de teams TAB en IAM en
gedurende de zomervakantie van de andere Product Owner ook voor de andere teams.
Het gaat hier primair om de operationele zaken van de PO-rol.

Eisen
- Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Product Owner in een infrastructuur team
- Je hebt gedegen kennis van Identity and Access Management (IAM) en Technisch
Applicatiebeheer/Databasebeheer (TAB)
- Je hebt ervaring in het gebruik van Azure Devops als tool voor het managen van de work
loads van de teams.
- Je bent als snel-starter in staat om heel snel je weg te vinden in een nieuwe organisatie.
- Je hebt aantoonbaar werk- en denkniveau op HBO-niveau
- Je hebt kennis van ICT-beheer en service management (ITIL of USM)
- Je bent gewend om in een Agile omgeving te werken, bent in staat om het Agile
gedachtengoed en Agile werkwijze uit te dragen in een beheer organisatie en bent in
staat om in een zelfsturend team te functioneren
- Je bent analytisch vaardig en oplossing gericht
- Je hebt goede mondelinge en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheden
- Communicatief vaardig, vasthouden en tactisch

houden. Van alle medewerkers wordt gevraagd rekening te houden met inzet buiten
kantoortijden, omdat ICT dienstverlening 24x7 uur geleverd wordt.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
